This Myriad Gardens Oklahoma City wedding was the garden party wedding of my dreams
The morning of the wedding started with the bride and groom getting ready with their family & friends. They chose not to have a formal wedding party but I loved that they included their friends throughout their day. We found a room with the prettiest natural light and shadows from the window, and shot some bridal portraits (which are some of my favorites from this day). Meanwhile, the groom and has friends poured some drinks and had a relaxed morning getting ready together.
Next, we headed over to Myriad Gardens, Oklahoma City for the ceremony. The arbor was decorated with the most beautiful wildflower arrangements. The sun was shining beautifully throughout the whole ceremony and was such a sweet and memorable moment. After the ceremony, we ventured around the city and shot some bride and groom photos before heading to the reception.
When we arrived to the reception, I was in awe. It was held at Meinders Hall of Mirrors in OKC. The reception decor was insane and I couldn’t believe how this place was transformed. There were flowers EVERYWHERE, a mix of stunning arrangements and bud vases. They also included tons of candles scattered throughout the reception space and when they were lit, I felt like I was in a dream. They danced the night away to the live band’s music with all their family and friends. The night ended with the most unreal Champagne tower, private last dance and sparkler exit.
I couldn’t be more grateful to shoot this Myriad Gardens Oklahoma City wedding. These two were the most genuine humans and their love for eachother was so radiant. It was a day I will never forget.
